When will my order ship?
Dahlia tuber orders are packed and shipped between August to November. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
At this stage we only ship inside Australia, due to biosecurity restrictions.
My tuber looks a bit dry or wrinkled, will it grow?
Yes! Dahlia tubers are naturally firm and can look dry after storage. As long as the neck and body are intact, they'll sprout once planted.
Do you offer replacements or refunds?
Because tubers are perishable, we can only offer replacements if you contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
When can I pick up my local pickup order?
Once your order is ready you will receive an email stating it is ready for pickup and what address to collect from. Reply to that email to set up a collection time with us.
