Shipping Policy

We ship all of our products with care from our family farm in Kyneton, Victoria. Please read below for information specific to each category.

Dahlia Tubers

Dahlia tuber orders are shipped once a year in October to November, after the risk of frost has passed and just in time for spring planting. All tubers are checked before dispatch and shipped with at least one visible eye.

We only ship within Australia, excluding Tasmania, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory due to strict quarantine regulations. We do not offer international shipping.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Fresh Flowers & Buckets

Fresh flower orders are available during the growing season and may be pickup only or delivered locally (if applicable). Shipping is not available for fresh flowers unless otherwise stated.

If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a shaded area where possible. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and that someone can collect the flowers soon after arrival.
