Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Conerin Farm, we take great care to ensure every order is packed with love and quality. Because we work with live and perishable products, our policy is a little different from typical retail.
Dahlia Tubers
All tubers are inspected before shipping and sent with at least one visible eye. As they are live plant material, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once orders have been shipped.
If your tuber arrives damaged or appears unviable, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We'll do our best to review the situation and offer a solution where possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for issues caused by planting conditions, weather, pests, or storage after arrival.
We do not offer replacements for sold-out varieties as limited stock means we may not have spares available.
Fresh Flowers & Buckets
All fresh flower sales are final. If there is an issue with your delivery, please get in touch on the day of arrival with photos so we can assess the problem. We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or if no one is home to receive the delivery.
Workshop Tickets
Workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate a credit for a future event.
