Welcome to Conerin Farm. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Products & Availability
All flowers, tubers, and other items are subject to seasonal availability. While we do our best to keep stock levels accurate, certain varieties may sell out quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you with alternative options or a refund.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. Dahlia tubers are shipped in October and November. Fresh flowers are pickup or local delivery only. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of live plants and perishable items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is a concern, please contact us within 5 days with photos. See our Refunds & Exchanges Policy for more.
5. Workshop Bookings
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance to request a ticket transfer or credit (where possible).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and product names, is the property of Conerin Farm and may not be copied or used without written permission.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely to process orders and communicate with you. We will never share or sell your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more.
