The "Kotara Buttermilk" dahlia is a large decorative variety, often classified as a dinner plate dahlia due to its impressively sized blooms. The flowers range from off-white to soft cream, occasionally showing hints of pale pink, and can measure between 16 to 30 cm in diameter. This dahlia variety grows to a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters and has a vase life of 6-8 days, making it a popular choice for cut flowers and exhibitions.

Pre-sale item — Dahlia tubers will ship later in the season during our spring shipping period (approximately September–November, depending on seasonal conditions and tuber readiness).

Due to quarantine and biosecurity restrictions, we currently do not ship dahlia tubers to Tasmania, Western Australia, or the Northern Territory. We currently ship within Australia only.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on dahlia tubers. All tubers are checked before shipping and sent with at least one visible eye.
